Led by Brock and Chef de Cuisine Jon Buck, the kitchen reinterprets the bounty of the surrounding area, exploring an ingredient-driven cuisine that begins in the rediscovery of Heirloom products, agricultural practices, historical recipes and exploring the possibilities  of Southern Foodways.
