The Bar at HUSK

Husk Greenville’s bar is outfitted with an ever changing menu rooted in classic cocktails and tippling traditions, all while mirroring the restaurant’s commitment to seasonality. An on-site cocktail apothecary program gives the impressive bar team a cadre of housemade ingredients to make some of the most delicious drinks in the Upcountry while highlighting spirits from artisan distilleries in South Carolina like Six & Twenty, High Wire, and Charleston Distilling. Beyond the bourbon-focus that’s become synonymous with Husk Greenville’s bar program, patrons can sip artisanal microbrews from Birds Fly South, Quest, Brewery 85, and other Southern craft breweries. It’s a place to relax, have a drink before dinner, and always a discovery of new tastes derived from old virtues.

A wine list grouped by terroir and soil type, rather than the traditional classifications of political geography or grape varietal, further connect the concepts of Husk Greenville’s bar to the mission of the restaurant. Husk Greenville is proud of its boutique wine program emphasizing organic and biodynamic, family-style producers who share the restaurant’s focus on environmental preservation.

Effective March 17, 2020: Husk Restaurant is temporarily closed. Nothing is more critical to The Neighborhood Dining Group than the safety and health of our guests, our staff, and the communities in which we serve. Due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation, we feel that it is our civic duty to do all we can to help confine the spread of the virus. We feel it is impossible to operate our businesses knowing our staff and guests are at risk, even with precautionary measures such as limiting guests and tables and extensive sanitation.

We want to do our part to help put this worldwide crisis behind us, so that we may swiftly resume serving you, our valued guests. We are a compassionate and resilient community, and we will get through this life-threatening pandemic by working together.
